These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the resort is located, and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
Visava Resort Virar reserves the right of admission to all guests and visitors. Management may refuse entry or accommodation to any person at its sole discretion for safety, security, policy violations, misconduct, or any behavior deemed inappropriate without prior notice.
