- Reservation Details: Booking dates, package chosen (Day Picnic, Night Stay, Couple Room), total headcount, child counts, and special dietary preferences.
- Identity & Address Verification: Government-authorized ID proofs (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving License) presented at the reception desk for compliance with local police and statutory hospitality record-keeping mandates.
- Payment Transaction Records: Transaction IDs, UPI reference numbers, receipt tokens, and billing records. (Note: We do NOT store credit/debit card numbers or net banking passwords).
